If you have visited local Spanish markets here you will have seen the vast array of fresh vegetables, meat, fish & delicious fruits that are available for fabulous meals. Our talented Chefs and Cooks of various Nationalities have a wealth of International experience and can offer the food of your choice with a friendly, professional and quality customer service. We can arrange whatever you request to suit your budget - from a simple plain dinner for a few or a 5* gourmet meal, to a business launch,wedding or a large corporate function for hundreds of guests. We cater for vegetarians and special needs, or allergies to certain foods. Childrens' party buffets available too. We cover all the Costa Blanca in the Alicante & Valencia regions, including the towns - Javea, Moraira, Benidorm, Alicante City, Altea, Albir, Villajoyosa, Torrevieja, Denia, Oliva, Gandia, and inland areas too.

PAELLAS This traditional Spanish food is very popular. Whether you would like a small or large meat, fish,vegetarian or mixed paella, our Chefs can prepare and cook at your private Villa, or in a venue of your choice. This is usually served with various salads and other dishes of choice. Cooking equipment is provided.
BARBECUES The joy of Spanish weather is that we can eat outdoors for so many months of the year. Barbecues do not need to be just 'steak, burgers & sausages.' Our Chefs' marinade meat to make it tender and delicious. They cook many varieties of meat, kebabs, fish, shellfish, vegetarian food, baked potatoes, fruit and vegetables. Various salads and other delightful dishes are served as well. Enjoy your own party- have someone else cook for you! A BBQ can be hired.
HOG ROAST/ CARVERY Whole hog roasting has been around for hundreds of years. There is nothing quite like the smell of the hog sizzling, and the mouth-watering taste of the delicious meat and crackling. Your guests will be treated to a fantastic meal that they won't forget. This is also the most cost effective way of feeding a large number of people. It makes the perfect winter warmer or the ideal summer afternoon or evening feast for any occasion- whether it’s a Wedding, special Birthday or Anniversary party, Charity or Corporate event - in your own home or at any venue. Ideal and very economical for 50 to 200 guests. Our new roaster has been developed over 5 years, built in the UK, and is a multi-functional gas spit roasting oven complete with large rotisserie, made entirely from catering grade stainless steel. It was launched in Olympia, London a while ago and has caused great interest in the catering world. The machine is transported on a trailer so is ideal to take to any venue.( but no steep stairs please!) It can be used indoors, as long as there is good ventilation, as well as outdoors- so poor weather is not a problem.
There are various options to choose:- A WHOLE HOG – cooked and basted for several hours before our arrival, with the crackling pre-salted and cut into thin strips for easy serving. For 35- 200 guests A WHOLE LAMB - cooked and basted with herbs A MIXED MEAT CARVERY - you can have all or any combination of the following- whole chickens or turkey, suckling pigs, a joint of lamb, beef, pork, and sausages. CARVE & SERVE- we will provide a person to carve the meat - so you can sit back and enjoy being waited on! All of the above can be accompanied with bread rolls and a selection of sauces including apple and mint sauce. BAKED POTATOES or a large selection of delicious mixed salad dishes are also offered. VEGETARIANS- we can cook whole salmon or any other fish, and supply other vegetarian dishes such as rice and vegetables, quiches, and lots more. DESSERTS- Who could resist the banoffee pie, strawberry pavlovas, fresh fruit salad and other sweet treats we offer. BUFFETS From something simple to International Gourmet food - we can offer you many choices of buffets, for just a few guests or a large event, to suit your pocket.
Hot and/ or cold food, whole salmon, meats, salads, desserts- whatever your preference - served for your house warming, birthday or anniversary party, blessing, wedding or business promotion. Themed buffets are available such as Indian, Moroccan, Italian, Mexican, Chinese and Spanish.
SIT- DOWN LUNCHES OR DINNERS - 2 TO 8 COURSES How we all love to be waited on, a lovely lunch or dinner , each delicious course professionally served at the table, drinking wine, enjoying the conversation of our friends. How terrific not to have to clear away and wash the dishes!
Why go to a Restaurant when you can invite your friends to your home for a splendid meal? We also receive requests for surprise dinners for friends or family on special occasions. A meal can be for two or two hundred at your home, on holiday, or any venue of your choice.
Plain homely cooking, exotic International food- whatever your taste, we can adapt a menu to suit you or your friends and your budget, whether a wedding, a dinner party or just for fun! Make your special day even more special by ensuring the food is the best there is! We can add those 'romantic' touches if needed! Simple or silver service. CHILDREN'S PARTIES Take the headache out of the day and make it really enjoyable. We can provide catering, party bags, themed event, a cake and entertainers. The buffet or meal can be tailor-made for your child's age, and if requested, free from additives and colourings.
CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN - Large or Small Hire this and your children and adult guests will be thrilled! Luxurious Belgian white or milk chocolate, with fresh pineapple, strawberries or marshmallows on sticks to dip. Also cakes, biscuits and bread sticks available that taste delicious when coated with this velvety liquid. Who could resist this treat!
CHRISTMAS PARTIES You want to be the perfect hostess- yet have a sumptuous Christmas feast for your family or guests? Let us prepare, cook and deliver your fantastic meal to you, or even cook and serve in your home.
BAR / WAITERS / WAITRESSES We can supply all types of drinks and a bar service at your request. Drinks waiters/waitresses or silver service for elegant dinners. Glasses, Crockery, Cutlery, Serving Plates etc available. Also tables, chairs, tableclothes and napkins. Themed matching paper plates, banners, napkins etc are also offered for Christenings, Anniversaries, Birthdays etc. CAKES Order a cake for that extra special day in someone's life - Birthday, Anniversary, Christening, Wedding or Blessing, or a 'Naughty' Cake for fun! Or small cakes to give one to each guest. You may prefer sponge or want luxurious fruit & marzipan. The decorations and icing can be specified colours and type. Wedding cakes can be of traditional tiers, or a new modern design. (see wedding planner page for examples)
